Knit Sewing Contest in PR

When I saw this dress from a Meg Ryan movie, I knew it was for me. (photo from Meg Ryan Network)














I'm working on a morph of these patterns





























The fabric is from Gorgeous Fabrics. It's a double knit and not your grandmothers double knit but a soft rayon that's machine washable.




The dress will be lined with power net in black for the top and cream for the skirt. I haven't decided if I'm going to omit the zipper yet. Stay tuned for updates.
